#QuarantineCooking Week 6 Meals

Phew here we go again ~ another week of quarantine meals! We started to get take out once a week lately…cooking is a lot of work!

Week 6 of #QuarantineCooking

Straight into lunch.. we’ve been busy throughout the week we don’t often eat until then.

Lunch

Roti, beef curry, roasted eggplant and sautéed shrimp (some guyanese leftovers)
Freezer Chili is the best! Turkey 3-bean chili I made a few weeks ago…
Leftover Cilantro Lime rice + chicken and some crunchy chickpeas!
Fish curry, some boiled root vegetables (guyanese meals!)

Dinner

Chicken Picatta – my first time making it and it was amaaazing!
Cilantro lime right rice (plant based rice) I added green peas, onion and garlic to mix it up. Grilled chicken and avocado.
Korean BBQ inspired Shirataki Noodles, chicken, carrots, lotus root. YUM!
Sushi Dojo – haven’t had sushi in months it feels like, so we got some take out from the city <3

I’m starting to plan out what to cook this week – based on what we have the freezer at the moment. I’m wondering how long we can go without grocery shopping, it’s been at least two weeks haha. We are still in this for the long haul, making do with what we have.
