Strawberry Milk Popsicles

Summa – summa – summa – time~! I recently listened to that on a car ride in hot, 90 degree weather and I loved it. Just puts you in a good mood! I love driving in the summer time with the windows down, but I also get hot so easily so I only enjoy that for like 5 minutes, and the AC is turned UP lol.

Lately have not been wanting to use the oven because of the heat – so I’ve posted up a new recipe for the no-bake series I’m currently putting together!

Stawberry-milk-popsicle

Here is one of my favorite childhood flavors – strawberry milk. I had it a lot as a kid just drinking it – in Japan and here in the States, too. I remember it being a more Asian influenced flavor before I knew it to be mainstream in the U.S. It’s so good and super nostalgic. I wanted to recreate this, maybe in a healthier format, into popsicles.

Literally, this takes 5 minutes to prep, and you just have to wait a few hours for the popsicles to settle. Four ingredients, guys. I recommend you do this, STAT and enjoy it while the summer is here!

Strawberry Milk Popsicle

Really easy, summer popsicles!

  • 1 cup fresh, cut strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk (I used coconut milk )
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (I used cashew yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  1. Put in all the ingredients into a blender or food processor

  2. Blend until smooth, or if you prefer to have smaller chunks of strawberries (which I do!) feel free to stop blending as you see fit

  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 3 hours

  4. Enjoy on a hot summer day!

The molds I have are from ikea, they are about 1/2-1/3 cup in portion for the mixture. Free to adjust as you see fit based on your popsicle molds!

Have a wonderful DAY and WEEK!!

Love,
Rina
